Having a dance background, I have always had a keen interest in physical fitness. This prompted me to join large gyms and do various fitness classes with other independent fitness instructors over the years.
Falling in love with the controlled movement that Pilates generates and the way it makes you feel afterwards, I registered with Conscious Movement Education in Constantia, Cape Town. There I obtained my Pilates Mat qualifications from Beginner to Advanced level.
I am registered with REPSSA and continue to go to workshops during the year for self-development, bringing added value into my classes.
